Cancel My Booking

When you click the [Cancel Booking] button at the bottom of the My Page, you will be redirected to a confirmation screen. Please review the details, and if you wish to cancel, click the [Cancel Booking] button.

After completion, an email will be sent to your registered email address, so please check it.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy varies by bus company. Therefore, the timing and amount of the cancellation fee will also differ depending on the bus company, so please be aware.

Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged per person for reducing the number of passengers or canceling the reservation. Administrative fee and taxes will not be refundable.
